How we work
We start with your situation, not with a product.
The first conversation is about you. What are you planning? What is on your mind? What do you already have? Bring papers if you like, but you don't have to.
Afterwards we sort out what comes first. Some things are urgent, most are not.

We keep expanding our knowledge and professional qualifications. Right now we are training for the German insurance intermediary qualification under Section 34d of the German Trade Regulation Act (GewO).
Until we hold that permit, we give you guidance on insurance questions and work with our partners for any concrete offer. We would rather say that plainly here than leave it to the small print.

Questions before a first visit
What happens at an appointment?
You choose a topic, a day and a time online. We confirm by email. Then we talk through your situation and your plans, at our office in Ahaus or by phone. Afterwards you know what your options are and what the next step would be.
What should I bring?
That depends on the topic. For insurance, your current policies. For electricity and gas, your last annual statement. For financing, an overview of your income and what you are planning. For a first conversation, nothing is required.
Do you arrange insurance yourselves?
Not yet. We are training for the insurance intermediary qualification under § 34d GewO. Until then, we give you guidance and work with our partners for concrete offers.
Do you promise returns or particular terms?
No. Nobody can promise returns, and banks and providers set their own terms. What we can do is make sure you understand the options before you decide.
Can we talk in English?
Yes. We are happy to talk in English or in German. Just choose the language when you book.
Do you also work with businesses?
Yes. Besides private clients we work with the self-employed and with businesses, for example on financing, company insurance or energy contracts.
